Dawn of Titans – How can I start building the Asgardian Hall and train/craft the Storm Maidens and Lightning Storm spell?

Once the Global Milestone during the Gathering Storm is fulfilled, you can start building the Asgardian Hall, train the Storm Maidens and craft Lightning Storm spells provided that you have reached Castle Level 14. This is a requirement to be able to access the feature.
