What is Anchoring?
- This feature allows players to protect certain lands from being captured by other players in the game.
Why is the Anchoring feature still not showing in my game but others can already use it?
- Anchoring is available for players on version 1.22 onward. It is slowly being rolled out to make sure that the feature is stable for everyone. Try to refresh your game from time to time to see if the feature has been added already.
What lands can I anchor?
- Players can anchor Food and Gold lands. Those VP generating lands cannot be anchored.
Why is the anchor button grayed out even if I already chose the land?
- Before you can anchor a land, you need to make sure that it is defended. Once a defense is set up, you can go ahead and anchor your food or gold land.
Once I started Anchoring, do I have to wait for it to take effect on the land?
- There is a build time for the anchoring to be completed, but still takes effect immediately.
I am unable to anchor a Gold or Food land even if I have defended them already, why is that?
- Anchoring a land requires a builder. If you have your builders working on other things in your kingdom, you have to wait for one to be available to be able to anchor your land.
Can my anchored land be depleted?
- Yes. Since the anchored lands can still be raided, once the resources to be looted off of it runs out, it will automatically be depleted.
Important: Anchoring will only be available during Throne War events
