Empires & Allies – What is a recommended opponent? What is the advantage of attacking a recommended opponent?

A recommended opponent is an enemy which has lower level defenses compared to others and will be easier for you to defeat. Defeating a recommended opponent will yield you more resources than a normal opponent.
