Empires & Allies – Can I level up my Falcon MK2 Omega Unit without upgrading the HQ?

Yes, the MK2 Omega Unit gains XP and levels up only in battles and in Defense mode. Upgrading the HQ does, however, increases the Damage and Health of the Falcon MK2 Omega Unit.
