We’re currently looking into this issue now.
As a temporary workaround, Google suggests clearing Google Play Store’s data from your phone and then reinstalling the game.
To do so:
Enter Settings
Choose Application Manager > All
Select Google Play Store
Clear data
You can also re-install the whole Google Play Store App. To do so:
Enter Settings
Choose Apps > All
Select Google Play Store
Uninstall Updates
After the process is complete, please try reinstalling the game.
Choose Application Manager > All
Select Google Play Store
Clear data
If those steps don’t work, please proceed to the next section.
Please note:
You must have a valid EMAIL setup in your device, since the final step is to send us an email.
Go to "Settings" from your Android device.
Go to "Developer Options" and make sure that the "Developer Mode" is turned on.
Once the "Developer Mode" is on, tap the "Take Bug Report" option. (if the option is grayed out, tick the "USB Debugging" checkbox to make it work).
Tap "Report" … The dialog will go away (Will it look like nothing happened).
Wait for about 5-10 minutes.
Eventually, a notification Will APPEAR Informing "Bug Report Captured".
Tap the notification.
On the "Complete Action using" screen, tap your Email Client.

Once you’ve emailed this out to us we’ll be working with Google to resolve this issue.
