Players can only store 40 gift cards at a time. When you already have 40 cards, you will not be able to accept more if the amount to collect would bring your total over 40. At this point the "Collect all" button will be greyed out.

When you already have 40 gift cards, you will need to use up the cards you currently own in order to create space for new ones. Simply select the mystery package you want to have a go at and keep your fingers crossed!
