How to get a Gem?
There’s an entrance for Gem in the Blacksmith. You can use Pickaxe to dig. You will get a chance to dig for free every 4 hours.
How to get a Hole Saw?
When you are digging Gem, you have a chance to get Hole Saw and Hole Saw (component) too. You might get Hole Saw in other events.

Use a Hole Saw to open a hole for your equipment. Hole Saws can be divided into 3 qualities. Hole Saws of different qualities are used to open different holes.

How to get Gems of better qualities?
When you are digging a Gem, you have a certain chance to increase the depth of digging. The deeper you reach, the higher the chance for you to dig Gems of better qualities.
If you fail to increase the depth of digging, your depth of digging will recover to the initial status.
What are the types of Gem?
Only 2 types: Combat and Non-Combat.
A piece of equipment can only be inlaid with 1 combat Gem. The number of Non-Combat Gems inlaid in a piece of equipment is not limited.
What equipment can be inlaid with Gems?
Gem can be inlaid on any equipment that has an opened hole. Different Gems can be inlaid in different positions.
There’s no consumption when you are changing and removing Gems. You can inlay and remove them as desired.
How to Upgrade Gems?
Merge Gems to upgrade. A Gem can only be merged into the target gem of better quality.
The max level of a Gem is 10.
Can equipment inlaid with Gems be synthesized or used to Forge?
Equipment that is inlaid with Gems cannot be synthesized or used for material in forging another piece of equipment.
If you want to synthesize or use equipment as material for forging another piece of equipment, you need to remove the Gems first.
