Tapping on a Chumba Wumba will not clear them. You will need to have Chumba Wumba Stewie complete the 6-hour action "Round up a Chumba Wumba."You must reach "A State of Pure Inebriation Pt. 3" in order for the Chumba Wumbas to begin spawning in your town.
