Procedimento de Introdução: os candidatos iniciam pedidos a outras Fortalezas; Inspetores aprovam; Os candidatos podem Teleportar para outras Fortalezas temporariamente. 2. Inspectores: Os Líderes da Aliança com Top 3 Poder de Combate nesta Fortaleza. Os Inspetores também são o iniciador do Alistamento da Fortaleza. Depois de iniciar um Alistamento, esta Fortaleza aparecerá na lista de alistamento. 3. Solicitantes que respondem ao alistamento: os Comandantes cujo Poder de Combate individual na Fortaleza está em Top 20 e com Base Nvl 30, podem ser candidatos e podem iniciar a Aplicação para outras Fortalezas.
Inscrição de Atividade Após a liberação desta atividade, serão criadas 180 cidades no Mapa Mundi. Os comandantes podem ocupar cidades de outra aliança.
