Sir Cease is a melee, ganker and disabler that can do Blade Charge, Death Marked, Deathfire, and Death Zone.

Skill Build

Blade Charge (Q) – Throws massive blade at a target direction. If an enemy unit its hit, Sir Cease can pull himself towards the unit, causing physical damage and a 1 second stun to the target. Mana Cost: 100 / Cooldown: 12 seconds/ Cast Range: 1500 / Damage: 120/200/280/360.

Death Marked (W) – Sir Cease immediately gets a chance to attack within 5 seconds. That attack deals bonus damage, and the target will be marked with the Death effect. Mana Cost: 30 / Cooldown: 6/5/4/3 seconds / Bonus Physical Damage: 60/90/120/150.

Deathfire (E) – Unleashes Deathfire on a target enemy unit, dealing magical damage and healing Sir Cease 50% of damage health. Units marked with Death effect will be confused for 1 second and enemies in a 300 radius around the unit will also be damaged by Deathfire. Mana Cost: 80 / Cooldown: 10 seconds / Cast Range: 800 / Damage: 120/180/240/300.

Death Zone (R) – Creates a Death Zone around Sir Cease for 5 seconds. Enemy heroes who pass through the zone are damaged, slowed 50% movement speed for 3 seconds, and marked with the Death effect. Sir Cease takes 20% less damage in the Death Zone. Enemy heroes take half damage every time they pass through the zone again. Enemy heroes marked with Death passing through he zone will be stunned for 1.5 second. Mana cost: 100/120/150 / Cooldown: 90 seconds / Radius: 600 / Magical Damage: 300/400/500.
