This Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understand that the results of the Promotion and the interpretation of these Rules, as determined by Company and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This Promotion is open to all CSR2 players who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account. Current and former Company employees, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc., Instagram, or Twitter Inc. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Company, and not Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.PROMOTION PERIODThe Promotion will run from 12:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on September 14th, to 12:00 PM GMT on October 6th, (the “Promotion Period”).HOW TO ENTER:You can enter your artwork the following way during the Promotion Period:

  • Create a user-generated image of an original crew logo to be used in-game in CSR2;
  • Submit your crew logo on the CSR2 Twitter page at: and include the #CSR2CrewCompetition hashtag in your post.Eligible images and/or names must meet the following requirements:• Image must be an original artist rendition• Image must use clear and bold lines/images and must include a maximum of four colors• Image must not include names or text• Image must be submitted in HI RES JPG or PNG format• Image must be in square aspect ratio for in-game implementation• Image must not include animation or moving images• Image or name must not include copyright or trademark-protected third-party content, or content that infringes any third party’s publicity or other intellectual property rights• Image or name must not include religious references or symbols

By submitting your entry, you give Company a perpetual and irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid-up and royalty free, non-exclusive, license to use, copy, distribute, display and prepare derivative works based on your entry and any modified and derivative works thereof for any purpose, including in marketing and promotions. To the extent allowed by applicable laws, you waive any moral rights you may have in your submitted artwork or any accompanying submission (“User Content”) (like the right to be identified as the author of the User Content or the right to object to a certain use of that User Content). You further understand and agree that your submission of an entry into the Promotion does not alter the legal rights, title, and interest in the CSR2 game, all of which remain the sole and exclusive property of Natural Motion Games Ltd.VOTING AND WINNER SELECTIONAll eligible entries will be posted to the CSR2 Twitter page for public voting from 12:00 PM GMT October 1, to 12:00 PM GMT October 15, (the “Voting Period”). The 30 entries which receive the most “likes”, “comments” and “retweets”, will be selected as finalists and will go to a final selection panel, made up of members of the CSR2 game team, who will select the 24 winners. Winners will be selected at Company’s sole discretion based on creativity, originality, and fit with the CSR2 brand. All decisions of the Company are final.NOTIFICATIONIf there are sufficient eligible entries, there will be a total of twenty-four (24) winners following the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via social media, within two (2) days of the end of the Voting Period. Winning logos will then be modified or adapted for in-game use by Company, and announced on social media thereafter.PRIZE DETAILS Twenty-four (24) winners will have their submission, as may be modified or adapted by Company in Company’s sole discretion, included as a selectable crew logo in the CSR2 game. Winning crew logos will be included in the game on a date to be selected by Company at Company’s sole discretion.• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: £0.00 (GPB)• Limit one prize per Company player ID. Winner not entitled to any surplus between actual prize value and stated prize value.• Company reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal or greater value, and may award the prize as a gift card, at its sole discretion. • All expenses or costs associated with acceptance of the prize not mentioned in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner. • Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. • Company makes no representation or warranty concerning the continued use of the winning logos in the CSR2 game; Company reserves the right to modify or remove one or all of the crew logos in the game for any reason as determined by Company in its sole discretion.• The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.WINNER RESPONSIBILITIESSelected winners must respond within 7 days of notice, with all information requested from Company contained in the notification from the time the email notice is sent with contact information necessary for Company to deliver the prize and completion of any additional releases, which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, where legal, a Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond within the 72-hour period will indicate definitively that the prize has been declined and an alternative winner will be selected. In the event an initially selected winner is disqualified or unable to claim prize for any reason, Company may, in its sole discretion, may award the applicable price to an alternate winner selected at random. PRIVACY AND USE OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)• By entering, except where prohibited by law, you are granting the Company permission to announce your name, city, state, biographical material and entry content in any media in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes.• This promotion, the use of any Company website, forum or game and Company’s use of any User Generated Content (UGC) is also governed by the Company Terms of Service, which may be located here.• The Company reserves the right to publish your first name and last initial to participants who request it.ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSIf the promotion is not capable of running as planned, Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and select winners form among all otherwise eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
