Commanders, The game had to undergo emergency maintenance last night, while we were investigating reports of exploiting resources. Some players were able to scrap their ships and receive the rewards multiple times. Note that this was not limited to the Stella as initially reported, and included other ships as well. Actions Taken
- Any Stella-related bundles were temporarily disabled to limit the impact.
- Servers were taken down while our team was investigating and preparing a solution.
- Accounts involved in the exploit (repeating the action several times) were temporarily locked out of the game, so we could revise their resources and restore the balance.
- A 12-hour Ceasefire was activated for all players once the maintenance was over to make sure the emergency maintenance does not result in any station resources lost.
- A Maintenance Chest containing various resources was sent to everyone’s Gift section.
- To make up for the missed events, we also granted everyone the rewards from the Chaotic Space events (SMS and AMS) on the following day.
Stella bundles are back up, and all players can access their game again.
