In case your ship is stuck in the game and you cannot recall it, please restart the game. This should recall your ship. However, if this doesn’t work, please contact our Support with the following information:1. Your player ID2. The blocked slot (A, B, C, etc.) or a screenshot of it3. The bridge officers on the stuck ship Once we have your details, we’ll help recall your ship.
