Family Garm Seaside-Why can’t I ask for gifts from my neighbors – Family Garm Seaside Game Guide

You can only request items from each individual neighbour once every 24 hours.
If you still can’t send gift requests after the 24 hour period, please try the following.
iOS devices
Please close your game completely.

If you are unable to load the game on your iOS device, the first thing to try is to close the game completely.

For iOS 7
1) From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice. The home button is the only physical button on the front of iOS devices and not on the touch screen.
2) Your running apps will be displayed as images and you can swipe across the screen to find Family Farm Seaside.

3) Once you have found the image, swipe up the image of the app you want to close.

If you are using an older generation iOS device, please close all other running apps before playing the game.

For iOS 6and below
1) From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice. The home button is the only physical button on the front of iOS devices and not on the touch screen.
2) Tap and hold on the picture of the Family Farm Seaside Game.
3) When it starts to jiggle, tap theto close it.
4) Double-click the Home button and try opening the game again

Android devices
Please clear your app data. Don’t worry, you won’t lose your farm. Please follow the steps below.
Android devices
1) On the Android Home Screen, tap on the Menu Button and then navigate to Settings
2) Tap on Apps
3) Tap on FamilyFarm Seaside
4) Tap on Clear data and Clear cache
5) After you hit the Clear data Button, you will be presented with following confirmation message:
6) After you have cleared the data and the cache, please try to start the game again.

Note: You can only send gift requests once every 24 hours from each individual player. The 24 hour limit starts from the moment a gift request is sent to a player.
