3D Secure is a service facilitated by VISA and MasterCard that lets you transact online securely using your Debit or Credit Card. Verified by Visa (VBV) / MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) use password protection during your Fishbrain Shop purchase to authenticate you as an added fraud prevention measure. The PIN received is valid for 8 minutes to be used in the 3D Secure pop-up window. Please note that the PIN is valid only for that particular transaction and cannot be used for any other transaction. For this service to work, you need to have your mobile number registered at the bank. The delivery of the PIN can be selected from the menu to be sent either by text or email.This added fraud measure is free to use, meaning that it doesn’t charge you any fees to keep your transactions with us safe.
