I CONNECTED TO GOOGLE+/GOOGLE PLAY BUT CAN’T RECOVER MY FARM
1) Make sure you have added the correct Google Play account to your device.
2) In the in-game settings (top left corner of the game), tap on Google Play button (this button should appear in red). This should load a pop up screen that will show you two farms. The farm level 1 and your old farm you lost. Confirm the data that appears there (name of the farm, level, and last time played) and select your farm.
I CONNECTED TO GAME CENTER BUT CAN’T RECOVER MY FARM
1) Log into Game Center using the e-mail address that you originally connected to your account. To do this, go to your device settings > Game Center > Apple ID.
If you can’t retrieve your lost farm with the address you’re using now, it’s probably not the right one.
I CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK BUT CAN’T RECOVER MY FARM
1) Make sure that you are connected to your own Facebook account in your device.
-To check this on iOS, go to device settings > Facebook
-To check this on Android got to device settings > Accounts > Facebook
2) Go to Hay Day and in the in-game settings (top left corner of the game) tap on ‘Facebook button’ (this button should appear in red). This should load a pop up screen that will show you two farms. The farm level 1 and your old farm you lost. Confirm the data that appears there (name of the farm, level, and last time played) and select your farm.
I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO, HELP!
In that case, press the big red "NO" button below and reply with the following details:
– Exact farm name
– Exact neighborhood name of your lost farm
– Exact XP level of your lost farm
– Explain how you lost the farm
