Alfred, the postman, delivers thank you letters that your friends and neighbors send to you after you helped out on their farm.
Players can send thank you notes to farmers who helped them with boat orders or who helped revive dry trees and bushes. To send a thank you note, simply tap on the little envelope icon that appears near the tree, bush or box your friend or neighbor helped with.
Alfred will visit all farms level 15 and above once a day to deliver the notes you receive from other farmers. Remember to check all of your letters- you may find a surprise gift card inside!
Gift cards can be exchanged for mystery gifts found in the Gift Catalog, that can contain diamonds or exclusive decorations or randomly selected items to be used around your farm like tools, expansion items and more. The more gift cards you have the bigger the prize you can claim!
To see the list of good friend and neighbors who recently helped you, simply tap on the icon in the bottom right of your screen and tap again on the "last helpers" tab, as shown in the image below.
