Whenever the game goes into maintenance all statue boosts will be paused. Once we’re out of maintenance, your boosts will continue and we add an additional 10 min just to be sure you don’t lose any boost time.
We always try to announce maintenances as much in advance as possible, and as broadly as possible. Look for notifications in the game and stay tuned to our social media channels ( Twitter, Facebook, Forums) to stay in the loop.
We realize it’s annoying whenever the game is not accessible, but maintenance breaks are essential for fixing critical issues and making sure that the service runs as smoothly as possible. Usually they are unavoidable and sometimes have to happen fast.
