Getting started with Sync.ME is simple and easy. We recommend starting by syncing your contacts: Sync.ME will update your Android contacts with your contacts’ most recent info.
To begin the sync process, tap the "Get Started" button.
Note:Sync.ME won’t overwrite existing contacts’ pictures or information unless you set it to do so in theSync Settings.
Sync.ME can sync your contacts with info from Facebook . Tap Facebook to sign in. You can login to social network so that your contacts sync up with the most info.
When you are done, tap the green check mark on the top right.
The first time you choose to sync your contacts, Sync.ME will prompt you to enter your phone number.
Sync.ME tries to link your contacts by comparing their names. Names don’t have to match exactly because Sync.ME knows to find similarity in names. Comparison results are presented to you for review before the actual sync process begins.
Matched– Contacts that Sync.ME found for them a match
Now you can go through the matched contacts and review these results. If you see a contact who has incorrect matching information, scroll down and tap "Wrong Profile". This will no longer match this contact to the photo and info you see.
Solve Matches –Will show you match suggestions and you choose if the match is correct or incorrect.
Once you’ve completed reviewing the results just tap on theDonebutton and Sync.ME will start the sync process. It might take several minutes depending on the amount of contacts you have.
Note:In order to avoid large cellular data charges, we recommend using a WiFi connection the first time you choose to sync your contacts.
Congratulations!Your contacts are now up-to-date with their most recent picture and contact details!
