Please feel free to send us any feedback, questions, or concerns you might have had so we can constantly work on improving the app.
The following are instructions for how to remove synced data, delete your Sync.ME account, and uninstall the app from your device.
To remove all synced data from your contacts (pictures and information):
*This must be done before removing anything else*
Go to the "Settings" tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press "Reset":
Settings>Reset>Remove Synced Data>Remove Data.
To remove your Sync.ME account and delete your ME Card:
Settings > Reset > Delete Account
To delete the app from your device:
Hold down the Sync.ME app icon, until an x appears on the top left of the icon. Tap the ‘x’ and the app will be removed.
Please note:Uninstalling the app will not remove the synced data. In order to remove synced data, you’ll need to do this before uninstalling the app.
