Each worker is given a set of skills which can be improved with crafting experience. Additional skills, may not be added. One of the fun challenges in the game is to hire the best combination of workers that fits your shop and your crafts.
If you really enjoy crafting weapons, we recommend you keep the Blacksmith hired. And if you like crafting fine clothing, then you’ll want to keep the Tailor on your team. We believe that the challenge of finding a perfect team for you is both fair and provides a fun way to always try new employees.
You can Fire/Hire workers and change the combination as often as you please.
