Often when players forget their password they will register a new account and purchase Magic Gems, but then after finding their old password again, will want to transfer their Magic Gems/VIP level.
Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer any purchases across accounts for security reasons, so please ensure you keep your account details safe and bind to email to avoid unnecessary losses.
