I’m having issues with the game. How do I fix them?
We’re very sorry if the game is not working as you expected. If you’re having problems first check the Known Issues section. It’s quite possible that we’re aware of the problem and are already working on it.
If your problem is not in the list try some of these steps:
1. Restart your device and reenter the game.
2. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. You can find more information about how to update your game in the relevant article.
3. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version.
4. Delete the game and reinstall it from the appstore. Don’t worry: if your device is connected to the internet, you won’t lose your progress!
5. Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements for proper gaming.
If none of the steps mentioned above helped, contact our Customer Support and describe the issue in detail:
– What exactly is going wrong.
– What you’re doing that leads to the problem.
– When the problem occurred for the first time (after updating, when reinstalling, or at some other point).
– Attach a screenshot to prove your point
