If you completed a purchase though did not receive what you were charged for, we’re very sorry for that inconvenience. Please contact us with a screenshot/copy of your Google Play Receipt. This is the best way to track down the purchase and see what happened.
Receipts are e-mailed to you by Google Play at the time of purchase. If you can’t find it, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Simply click the chat button at the top right of your screen. Once we have your Google Play Receipt, we can verify the status of your delivery and provide further support.
