Notice for delete long-time inactive characters
Dear player,
In order to bring you a better gaming experience, Mobile Legends operation team has made a decision to optimize the database of parts of servers at server time 05：00 28/03/2017 and delete those inactive characters that haven’t been logged in for a very long time. We apologize for any inconvenience that it may bring and hope that you can understand.
Deleting conditions: 1) No log-in records after 00:00 01/01/2017; 2) character level is or lower than 5; 3) not bound to any social platform.
Data of characters that meet all of above 4 conditions will be deleted. If the player log-in the game again later, a new game progress will start.
Note: This data clear-up progress is only for game character and won’t delete player’s account completely. If players have multiple characters on other servers, only those inactive ones will be deleted while other active characters will not be affected. Remember to tell your friends who haven’t been online for a long time about it. If the player log in the character one time before 05:00 28/03/2017, then the character will be preserved. Tell them to go back to the battlefield now!
