As you progress through the game, you will encounter various obstacles. Here are a few that you will encounter, as well as ways to overcome them:
- Cups
- Tap pieces next to Cups to clear them from the board. Some Cups require certain colors to be tapped in order to be cleared!
- Ice Swans
- Clear a path to get these objects to the bottom of the board in order to collect them!
- Boxes
- Tap cubes next to Boxes in order to clear them from the board. Some Boxes are taped up tight and will need more than one tap to be cleared! Keep an eye out for Boxes that require certain colors to be tapped in order to clear!
- Bubbles
- Tap on cubes that are inside Bubbles in order to pop them!
- Chocolate Strawberries
- Tap on cubes next to strawberries to cover them in chocolate, do it again to clear them!
- Grape Baskets
- Tap on cubes next to Grape Baskets to collect enough berries to reach your goal!
- Marmalade
- Tap on cubes next to Marmalade in order to clear it from the board. Be quick, though: Marmalade will start to spread if left alone!
- Stones
- Use Power-ups like Soda Bombs and Bottle Rockets to break the Stones!
- Cages
- Tap cubes next to Cages to break them and release the cubes trapped inside!
- Cupcake Stacks
- Tap cubes next to Cupcake Stacks to clear cupcakes. Once all the cupcakes are gone the stack will be cleared!
- Platters
- Make two matches one after the other next to a Platter to remove it. If you don’t make the second match next to the Platter, it will close again!
- Stone Blocks
- Hit the Stone Blocks three times with Bottle Rockets or Barrels to remove them.
- Muffins
- Make a match of the same color as the muffin on the stand to remove them. Matching red blocks will remove the red muffin, blue blocks remove the blue muffin, etc.
- Barrels and Bottle Rockets will also remove one muffin from the stand.
- Gift Boxes
- Make matches next to a Gift Box to unwrap it, and find a surprise power-up inside!
- Candles
- Match pieces next to Candles to light them up. Once ALL the Candles in the level are lit, they will all be removed.
- Armored Blocks
- Destroy Armored Blocks by matching them with normal pieces, or other Armored Blocks of the same color.
- NOTE: Armored Blocks will not be destroyed by Bottle Rockets, Barrels or Rainbow Tokens!
- Spatulas, Pizza Cutters, and Spoons can destroy Armored Blocks!
- Portals
- When objects drop through Portals, they will appear in a new column. Be sure to clear them quickly!
- Locks and Keys
- Drop a Key to the bottom of the board to unlock a cage with the same symbol.
- Colored Candles
- Light up Colored Candles by making a match with pieces that are the same color next to them.
- Wild Cards
- The glowing blocks will change color every turn!
- Vines
- Vines lock pieces until you break the pot in the center!
- Soap Bottles
- Tap pieces next to Soap Bottles to create Bubbles!
- Mixers
- A Mixer will clear a whole row! Charge it by collecting pieces of the same color!
- Cupboard
- Tap pieces next to a Cupboard to create a Cup on a random square!
- Ice
- Tap pieces next to blocks encased in Ice to chip it away until it completely breaks. A Bottle, Barrel Bomb, or Rainbow blast will clear Ice all at once!
- Cuckoo Clocks
- Tap pieces next to Cuckoo Clocks to build them up! Once a blue roof appears above a Cuckoo Clock, it will reach its final state. Then tap pieces next to the finished Cuckoo Clocks to activate them, which will clear other nearby pieces.
- Honeycombs and Bees
- Tap pieces next to Honeycombs to collect Bees. Collect all the Bees in the goal to clear the Honeycomb from the board.
